Reservations

In addition to the nightly rental cost indicated below, a $300 damage deposit is required in advance. The deposit minus any damage/repair costs will be refunded within 30 days of your checkout date. Cash may be used for actual payment, but credit/debit card and references will be required to confirm and hold the reservation.

This is a non smoking unit, no pets are allowed.

Master suite only;  $89 plus $35 cleaning fee. Includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, gas fireplace, wi-fi and TV*.

3 Bedroom house;  $240 plus $125 cleaning fee. Includes a microwave, full size refrigerator, range, laundry facilities, dishwasher, coffee maker, wi-fi and TV*.

4 Bedroom house;  $280 plus $150 cleaning fee. Includes a microwave, full size refrigerator, range, laundry facilities, dishwasher, coffee maker, wi-fi and TV*.

We also provide dishes & utensils, linens and towels.

We also have a portable bed if needed, for $10 per night.
